Family, Friends and Acquaintances,
We are reaching out to you for your assistance to grow our grass roots organization. The goal of Long Beach Steel Drum School is to provide a safe environment and after school program for dis-advantaged youth in the community where we live.
As you may or may not know, the hours after school are prime time for increased delinquency among our youth who may be targeted by gangs and other groups. Since some kids may lack parental guidance and oversight during this time frame, our goal is to provide the youth in the community with a “Safe” environment after school, and also give the opportunity to learn to play the Steel Drum.
At this time any donation made is fully tax deductible, and will assist with our ongoing commitment to improve our community.

Steel Drum practice sessions are held on Thursdays, 6:00PM-8:00PM, and Saturdays, 11:00AM-1:00PM.
